2021 Anniversary open day review
This year PGM are celebrating our 10th year in business. We held a meeting at our workshop on Sunday 15th August 2021. Anyone with a Caterham was welcome, and we are happy to report approximately 60 cars attended. Due to the ongoing Covid restrictions we opted to run the event totally outside and although the sky threatened the sun eventually came out and the day was a success.
We were again accompanied by Soft bits for Sevens who provided advice, parts and fitting assistance.
Phil Goddin presented the latest upgrade PGM have recently been promoting, using his own car as the demonstrator for the self cancelling indicator module.
Our local preferred paint shop, Panel 2 Paint, also presented a few cars which have passed through their workshop and provided advise for all aspects of paint work.
2019 Open day review
With the weather holding for us the 2019 PGM open day was a success. Thanks to all the current customers who supported us on the day and hopefully enjoyed talking to the selection of Caterham relevant businesses and other like minded owners. It was also nice to see new faces and we hope everyone felt welcome with the mountain of cake provided!
Simon from Meteor Motorsport exhibited a display of damper upgrades available for Caterham 7’s. They range from the latest electronically adjustable units from Tractive to various models from Penske, Nitron and Quantum. For more information please click here
Also joining us with their usual enthusiasm and free advice, was the team from Soft Bits for Sevens. They provided a sale counter for everyone looking to purchase their products. For more info on what they offer click here
Additionally, Just Add Lightness exhibited a Caterham demonstrating their range of LED products. See the range here
Chris from Redline attended the day to complement our other Caterham specialists too. Many Caterham owners will have already used Redline but Chris took this opportunity to meet his current and potentially new customers offering friendly advice. Although the company is known for supply of most Caterham parts, especially older models, Chris is constantly increasing his catalogue to include newer cars too. Take a look at his site here
To add, the final addition was our fantastic selection of home-made cakes with tea and coffee to ‘keep you topped up’
If you enjoyed the day please leave a comment on our facebook page here and let any friends know about next year.
Andy has recently decided to enter the Ride London 100 mile cycle event in aid of St Christopher’s Hospice. The charity provide skilled and compassionate palliative care of the highest quality.
